FAQ

Snack Policy:

We encourage snacks to be brought for all students to be passed out by chaperones during the mid afternoon breaks- the kids play hard and are usually hungry before dinner. Snacks should be contained in an airtight waterproof container, they may be kept in the cabin, but we discourage the snacks from being eaten in the cabins so as to avoid attracting unwanted critters. If you would like the students to have s’mores at your bonfire, those supplies should also be brought with and distributed by the chaperones.

Phone/Electronics Policy:

We highly encourage students to turn in their phones to their chaperones upon arrival, to be kept for the duration of the retreat. We don’t want the students to lose their phones throughout the course of the day with our many activities on our 164 acres, and we also don’t want them isolating themselves or being distracted missing out on this opportunity to bond with their peers and encounter the Lord! For communication purposes, we suggest that the chaperones be the main point of contact between parents and students for the duration of the retreat should any questions or circumstances arise.

We also highly discourage campers from bringing any other electronics, such as airpods, headphones, Nintendo Switch, ipads, Chromebooks, etc. for the same reasons.
